If the material is too discolored, stained, creased, etc. a note will be included in the description section, and the product discounted. Refunds and/or exchanges are not available on these items.
- Pink Antler is not responsible for (potential damage) items based on the way customers choose to cut/utilize/HTV application/mat grip, etc. I'm not an expert :) but if you have any questions regarding the best way to cut/use material, shoot me a message.

Jewelry Care Tips

What is your shipping policy?
Domestic Orders:
Standard- First Class Mail, items typically, but not guaranteed take 2 to 6 business days to arrive. Insurance is NOT included and will not ship insured unless requested by the buyer. The additional expense is the buyers responsibility. Message me if you'd like to add insurance.
Domestic USPS Upgrade Options:
* Priority Mail- delivery in 1 to 4 business days (not guaranteed)
* Priority Mail Express available upon request
- All shipping methods exclude Sundays and holidays.
- Typical processing time is 1-2 days unless noted
- Once USPS takes possession of package, shop has no control over the time it takes USPS to get your package to you, or if it is lost/damaged. Shop will NOT replace ANY lost or damaged packages.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Your order will arrive in clear jewelry zip bag in a gift sack or cute tissue. Additional gift wrapping is available, contact me.
I use a cushion envelope or wrap your jewelry in bubble wrap for the safety of your purchase.
Custom and personalized orders
If your jewelry piece includes a custom hand-stamped component, please keep in mind text and designs may not be absolutely perfect and straight. This adds to the uniqueness and hopefully wont be looked at as a default.
Since most items are hand-made, they will not look exactly like the shop photo. No two items are the same.
Necklace Listings: If you prefer a different chain length, please message, I'd be happy to try to accommodate.
Charms: if you see a different charm, dangle, letter, etc. in my shop and would like to make a substitution, contact me. I'll try my best to accommodate.
Custom Orders: ALWAYS welcome!
** Custom orders are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable due to their personalized nature!
Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before checkout. Shop is NOT responsible for missing or delayed deliveries. If an order needs to be resent due to incorrect address, buyer will be charged the delivery fee. All shipping labels are printed directly via an Etsy shipping label system.
If you're paying with PayPal, be sure your PayPal address matches the "SHIP TO" Address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your order may need to be canceled and replaced (this is due to Etsy and Paypal requiring orders to be shipped to the address).
